Medical Scientist Grade 1

The role is a full‑time, ongoing position within the Bacteriology, Mycology and Parasitology team at the Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory, performing specialised traditional and molecular diagnostic testing on a wide range of pathogens. The successful candidate will contribute to research and development, maintain quality laboratory practices, and support rapid‑turnaround diagnostic services for hospitals, clinics and public health agencies across Victoria.
