Medical Social Worker

This role provides medical social work services to HIV-positive patients in the infectious disease clinic, focusing on care coordination, benefit access, treatment adherence, and counseling. The position also involves providing behavioral health care management, including mental health assessments, psychoeducation, and brief structured psychotherapy for depression and anxiety. The incumbent serves as a senior clinician and clinical supervisor for assigned LMSWs and/or LMHCs within a multidisciplinary team.
