Performs specialized research and clinical laboratory test processing, packaging, and distribution, coordinating handling of clinical samples for send-out testing to external laboratories. Acts as a resource for test menus, specimen requirements, and appropriate test locations while supporting quality improvement and customer service goals. Works with minimal supervision and provides consultative and educational support to staff, students, and hospital personnel.
