A Medical Technologist at Mary and Elizabeth - UMC performs specimen collection and a range of in-house laboratory testing including hematology, chemistry, microbiology and rapid testing. The role reports test results in the Electronic Health Record, prepares specimens for reference laboratories, and maintains laboratory instruments and quality assurance in compliance with CLIA standards. This position works second shift and supports inventory, documentation, and overall lab safety and cleanliness.
