The Medicare Compliance Population Health RN supports the development and effectiveness of Crossover Health’s Medicare Advantage Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to Medicare Part C requirements and CMS regulations. The role serves as a clinical and population health resource for onsite and national teams, liaises with Medicare Advantage organizations, and contributes to reporting and quality initiatives. It also supports policy development, regulatory oversight, training, and auditing to maintain compliant, efficient population health operations.
