Medicare Sales & Customer Service

The Medicare Sales Agent (Health Insurance Resource Manager) is an on-site community-based insurance resource for Seabrook Village residents and their families, focused on the Erickson Advantage Medicare plan and other insurance matters. This part-time (32 hours/week) role is embedded within Erickson Senior Living and supports resident health plan navigation and community engagement. The position is tied to Erickson’s nationally managed senior living network and emphasizes resident-focused service and enrollment support.
