Medication Aide

The Medication Aide provides supportive services for residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing, including pouring, dispensing, and charting medications, taking vital signs, and completing various forms. The role requires maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality while monitoring their conditions and reporting any changes to supervisors. This position involves prompt response to call lights, accurate documentation, and coordination with doctors and outside agencies.
