About this role
The Pharmacy Medication History Technician at Brown University Health is responsible for obtaining and compiling accurate, detailed home medication histories and allergy information for patients being admitted to the hospital. The role documents verified medication and allergy data in the electronic medical record and supports the pharmacy-managed medication reconciliation practice. The position reports to Pharmacy Operations leadership and works closely with pharmacists, providers, nurses, patients, and families.
