About this role
The Medication Services Coordinator works within Cascadia’s residential treatment program in Clackamas County supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness. The role is based at two collocated residential facilities (Leland House and Pearl House) and focuses on overseeing medication-related services, care coordination, and program-level oversight within a whole-health, trauma-informed setting. This is a day-shift onsite position.

Qualifications
