Meeting Planner

The Meeting Planner assists in planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of meetings and conventions, including logistics such as ground transfers, food and beverage, accommodations, and budgeting. The role works closely with internal operating companies and external vendors to ensure high‑quality service for both internal and external customers, and supports event registration and financial reporting.
