Meeting & Project Coordination

This role supports the Houston-Galveston Area Council by coordinating logistics, materials, and communications for various committees and coalition activities. The position involves managing meeting schedules, drafting agendas and minutes, and maintaining organized systems for stakeholder engagement and project tracking. It also includes supporting event logistics, grant proposals, and partner relationship management to facilitate regional planning and collaboration.
