About this role
The MEL & Safeguards Specialist will design and operationalize the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework and support MEL plans for the program and its grants, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and donor requirements. The role leverages data insights to inform evidence-based decision-making, adaptive management, and cost-effective program implementation, while integrating Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS) across conservation initiatives. This position supports accountability, knowledge management, and learning across the program and partners.
