MEL Manager Senior

The MEL Manager Senior will work closely with MEL Officers, the technical team, and other stakeholders to ensure data collection for the monitoring and evaluation of the project and its activities. Based in Bunia, DRC, the role is responsible for establishing and managing project databases, coordinating indicator tracking, and implementing baseline and follow-up studies. The position also involves supporting the MIHR RDC technical team in documenting successful approaches and lessons learned, as well as strengthening the capacity of MEL teams in supported structures and partner NGOs.
