MEL Manager

The MEL Manager oversees and manages a portfolio of countries, providing professional Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) support and guidance across British Council's Cultural Engagement Sectors. This role serves as the primary point of contact for MEL advice, ensuring high-quality evaluation standards, managing supplier procurement, and supporting data-driven stakeholder engagement and business development. The position also involves developing MEL strategies, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with global programme monitoring requirements.
