Melter

The Melter plays a critical role in the remelt process at the Monroe, NC facility by operating furnaces and various equipment including air arc gouging, welding, and heavy machinery. This position requires demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to ensure safe and efficient operations. The associate is responsible for setting up machines, detecting faulty equipment, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to established procedures.
