Melter

The Melter plays a critical role in the Remelt Department by operating furnaces and various equipment such as air arc gouging, welding, saws, and grinders. This position requires setting up and operating machines safely, detecting faulty equipment, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to established procedures. The role involves performing furnace changes, lead changes, and basic maintenance to ensure efficient melt cycle times.
