Member Advocate

The Member Advocate is a customer-service-focused role supporting local service areas for American Health Plans, an organization managing special needs plans for seniors in long-term care facilities. This position involves welcoming new members, maintaining regular contact, and building relationships with nursing home staff and providers within an assigned region.
