Fit Factory is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Member Associate to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a positive experience and providing excellent customer service. The role involves managing check-ins, handling inquiries, processing payments, and assisting with daily gym operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position requires flexibility to work closing shifts on weekends, including Fridays through Sundays.
