About this role

As a Member Consultant II at BECU, you will deliver seamless member experiences by leveraging product expertise to diagnose consumer financial needs across consumer lending, deposits, and specialized services. You will serve as a subject matter expert, assisting with financial wellness through education programs and budgeting support while signing various line and loan documents in branch locations. This role requires rotating through multiple branches within the Mountain District to provide comprehensive support to the membership community.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and sales for business and consumer lending products
Identify and address members' needs by diagnosing consumer financial situations accurately
Sign all line and loan documents originating through outbound and inbound channels
Assist communities with financial education programs and debt management resources
Navigate multiple credit union systems simultaneously to process complex member requests
