Member Consultant

The Member Consultant interacts with members through multiple channels such as face‑to‑face, drive‑thru, phone, mobile app, chat, text, SMS, and video banking to recommend consumer lending and account products, assist with self‑serve education, transactions, budgeting, and account maintenance. The role also processes loans, handles cash drawer duties, and provides education on self‑serve options while delivering exceptional member service.
