Member Experience Manager

The Member Experience Manager supports the Director Member Experience or General Manager in developing and executing activities that enhance the overall member experience at the club. This role is responsible for creating and implementing engaging event programming, managing content and communication plans, and ensuring all interactions contribute to a welcoming and vibrant club community. The position focuses on improving member retention through targeted interventions and personalized onboarding while balancing membership growth with qualitative experience goals.
