A Member Experience Representative serves as a front-line public relations representative, assisting and servicing members professionally while maintaining accurate membership account records. The role involves processing various member account transactions over the counter, via drive-up, telephone, and mail, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing. Additionally, the position promotes credit union services, processes new membership applications, and handles ATM/check card orders and fraud disputes.
