Member Experience Representative

The Member Experience Representative is responsible for increasing membership engagement, growth, and retention by building authentic relationships and delivering excellent service to members, guests, and program participants. This role involves strengthening member commitment, conducting tours, and partnering with wellness staff to ensure a seamless orientation experience for new members. The position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to articulate the YMCA's mission and values.
