Member Financial Counselor

The Member Financial Counselor supports ArchWell Health members by assisting with enrollment in state and federal assistance programs, such as Medicaid and Medicare Savings Programs, to optimize their benefits and address financial inquiries. This role involves conducting inbound and outbound calls, evaluating patient financial histories, and maintaining accurate data within internal systems to ensure compliance and program success. The position requires strong knowledge of multi-state Medicaid regulations and excellent communication skills to guide members through eligibility and enrollment processes.
