The Member Journey Host serves as the welcoming face of the club, bridging the gap between members and the Virgin Active community to foster engagement and retention. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections, identifying early signs of disengagement, and delivering personalized experiences that support members' physical, mental, and social wellbeing. The position involves proactive outreach, celebrating member milestones, and acting as a concierge to connect members with various club services and community events.
