The Member Mortgage Servicing Representative acts as a subject matter expert to handle complex mortgage inquiries and resolve servicing issues across the loan lifecycle. This role ensures loan data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution of critical tasks such as escrow management and payment processing. Representatives serve as the primary resource for members and internal partners, utilizing deep knowledge of the credit union's products and systems.

Responsibilities

Process service requests including payoff letters and loan corrections
Analyze and resolve complex mortgage servicing issues independently
Ensure accuracy of loan data and monthly billing statements
Manage multiple Outlook inboxes and respond to member communications
Monitor escrow holdbacks and disburse checks in a timely manner
