Member of Compliance, Transaction Monitoring

This role sits on Anchorage Digital’s transaction monitoring team, supporting its mission to safeguard the financial system while enabling institutional participation in digital assets. The position focuses on managing and refining transaction monitoring processes in a first-of-its-kind federally chartered digital asset bank. You will contribute to setting compliance and risk management standards in digital finance, collaborating with experts across banking, technology, and crypto. The role operates in a dynamic, early-stage program environment where you help build and evolve monitoring frameworks and tools.
