xAI is hiring on its omni team to advance multimodal agents that reason, act, and communicate through images, integrating image generation into conversational systems. The role involves working on core research and production systems that enable models to decide when and how to generate images, improving factuality, controllability, and integration with Grok multimodal responses. Candidates will join a small, hands-on team in a flat organization and are expected to have strong communication and prioritization skills and be located near (or relocate to) the SF Bay Area or Seattle.
