Member Relations Manager

The Member Relations Manager serves as a primary member-facing role at The Moore, acting as the connective tissue between the membership and programming divisions and the club's members. This position focuses on delivering a high-touch, personalized experience through active floor presence, managing member communications, and facilitating community engagement. The role also involves handling membership billing, account administration, and supporting new member onboarding and retention efforts.
