Member Relationship Consultant

As a Member Relationship Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for members at the Booragoon branch, representing HBF during significant life moments. You will support new and existing members by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate health cover products through face-to-face and phone interactions. The role requires adapting to diverse conversations and providing compassionate customer service.
