Member Service Coordinator

The Member Service Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of a local, mission-driven credit union, greeting members, assisting with inquiries, and handling key branch operations to ensure a positive experience. This role involves supporting the teller line, opening new accounts, and directing members to appropriate resources while maintaining confidentiality and promoting credit union products. The position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule including multiple Saturdays per month.
