Member Service Representative I

Alliance Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative I to serve as a primary point of contact for members through phone, digital, and in-person channels. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, processing transactions, and providing trusted financial guidance to help members achieve their financial goals. This full-time position is based at the Fenton, MO branch and involves a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
