Member Service Representative I

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences and build meaningful relationships while supporting the credit union's mission. The role involves acting as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine technology, while also retaining, expanding, and acquiring member relationships through cross-selling and meeting sales goals. The position requires collaborating with business partners, accurately recording interactions in the CRM system, and serving as a lead trainer for new hires within the Financial Center. The role also includes performing account servicing, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulatory standards, and demonstrating active community engagement.
