Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members at GreenState Credit Union, handling daily financial transactions, account inquiries, and service calls. This role requires maintaining a high level of accuracy in cash handling, balancing drawers, and resolving account discrepancies while fostering a positive member experience.
