Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative provides exceptional customer service to MidSouth Electric Co-op members, handling account inquiries, billing questions, program information, and general service matters. The role also includes clerical tasks such as processing service requests, procuring forms and fees, managing outage calls, and accepting member payments.
