Member Service Representative

This role focuses on establishing new memberships and enhancing existing member relationships through consultative sales and referrals to meet performance targets. The position involves tailoring credit products to individual financial needs, cross-selling services, and ensuring excellent member service while adhering to credit union policies. The representative will also handle daily account operations, including opening accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
