Member Service Representative

The Member Service Representative assists members and prospective members with all Credit Union needs, efficiently processing financial transactions and explaining services. The role involves supporting members through various communication channels, including in-branch interactions, calls, and emails, while ensuring sales, service, and operational functions are performed efficiently. This position focuses on building relationships, resolving problems, and directing members to the appropriate resources.
