Member Service Representative

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Credit Union members and visitors, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance with a wide range of in-branch requests. Responsibilities include handling monetary transactions, assisting with online and mobile banking, processing account openings and closings, and supporting loan interviews and disbursals. The position focuses on building strong member relationships through needs assessment and delivering exceptional customer service.
