Member Service Representative

This role provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service to members by addressing their credit union needs, assisting with financial transactions over the telephone, and explaining products and services. The position involves supporting branch operations through processing deposits, loan payments, and account maintenance, as well as assisting with opening and closing various account types. Additionally, the role supports the Member Service Call Center by handling inquiries, resolving problems, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
