Member Services Coordinator

As a Member Services Coordinator at the Findlay Community Hub, you will drive membership growth, engagement, and retention while creating an exceptional experience for every member and guest. You will build meaningful relationships, connect individuals with programs and services, and support front desk operations, membership sales, and facility concierge duties. This role involves proactive outreach, enrollment support, and serving as a trusted ambassador to strengthen member loyalty and expand the Hub's impact.
