Member Services & Database Coordinator

The Member Services & Database Coordinator at KNKX supports the organization's Sustainer fundraising efforts by managing donor relations, processing gifts, and maintaining the integrity of the constituent database. This role involves performing daily data entry in CRM systems, acting as a primary contact for member inquiries, and providing outreach to ensure donor retention. The coordinator works closely with the Development team to ensure timely processing of donations and delivers excellent donor stewardship within a hybrid work environment.
