Member Services Representative (MSR)

The Member Services Representative will provide best‑in‑class service to members, providers, and the public through a call‑center environment, handling inquiries, researching issues, and connecting callers with resources. The role includes on‑the‑job training, scheduled breaks, and the expectation to act as a brand ambassador for Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming.
