The Member Services Representative provides front‑line customer service to students and the college community, handling inquiries, phone calls, and in‑person visits at the Algonquin Students’ Association main office. The role includes booking meeting rooms, managing office equipment usage, processing payments, and supporting students with health and dental plan information.
