Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative provides excellent service to members, guests, and program participants at the Rocky Mount Family YMCA, contributing to member retention and satisfaction. The role involves conducting membership interviews, handling registrations and payments, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment.
