Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative provides high-quality service to members and the community under the direction of the Membership Director, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment aligned with the YMCA's Christian values. This role focuses on member retention through excellent customer service, program registration, and facility access management. The position requires building strong relationships with members, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate records in the Daxko system.
