Member Services Supervisor

The Member Services Supervisor oversees daily Front Desk operations and leads staff development to ensure exceptional hospitality at The Club at Crested Butte. Reporting to the Director of Membership & Communications, this hands-on leadership position maintains operational efficiency, fosters meaningful Member relationships, and implements service standards. The role involves managing team performance, coordinating across departments, and delivering personalized concierge-style service to Members.
