Member Services

This position builds and maintains strong member relationships by providing prompt, reliable, and courteous service when assisting members with deposit-related and consumer-lending products. The role involves originating and processing consumer loans, evaluating account openings and closings, and counseling members on account management and financial tools. It also includes handling fraud disputes, completing outbound calling initiatives, and rotating between teller and consultant desks to ensure exceptional member service.
