Member Solutions

This role involves performing member outreach via telephone and written correspondence to resolve past due loans, maintain member goodwill, and protect the credit union's collateral position. The incumbent will contact members regarding delinquent accounts, utilize skip tracing methods to locate unreachable members, and evaluate options for extensions, workouts, or refinances. The position requires counseling members on financial management, adhering to operational controls and regulations, and supporting management with reporting and training.
