Membership Engagement Director

The Membership Engagement Director leads the Membership and KidzCare departments, ensuring exceptional service and engagement for all members and participants. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role oversees membership operations, staff training, and member communications while fostering a culture of outstanding customer service. The Director creates and manages systems that support a positive member experience, from initial inquiry and enrollment through ongoing participation and connection to YMCA programs and services.
