Membership Executive

The Membership Executive is responsible for day-to-day administration and coordination of the membership operation at One Spa, ensuring accurate management of systems, records, payments, and communications. The role supports both commercial and operational success by handling member enquiries, processing applications, and assisting prospective members, while also contributing to team knowledge sharing and occasional duty manager duties.
